According to the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency on Tuesday, Shim filed an additional complaint against Cho through a legal representative on December 17. Suspicions include violation of the law on the protection of children and teenagers. Shim testified as a witness in the second trial of the appellate court of the appellate court in which Cho was sentenced to 10 months in prison in the first trial. 

After receiving the complaint two days later, the police completed an investigation into Shim's lawsuit early this month. It was a closed investigation to prevent secondary damage.
